After asking about 10 different people for blog names, I finally settled on the first one that had come up in my mind. It wasn't approved by anyone, sure. Thats the reason I chose the name. *ahem* This is MY BLOG.
But I do appreciate the help given by Shadslayer and Sinn. Thankyou, people :D
Now to the point-
First and foremost, I am NOT a weasel. The animal Weasel does not in anyway represent me.
My previous blog name, Pop! Goes The Weasel, was child-like, symbolizing a sort of innocence and novelty. I henceforth change the name to Weasel Wanderings. The blog will now have a different theme as well, along with a custom made banner, possibly a new one every month.
Why Weasel Wanderings? Well, its to show maturation. Another year of life gone by. Surely you'll agree that Weasel Wanderings is more mature than Pop! Goes The Weasel? Maybe not very very mature, but enough.
The "Weasel" is still there. Its to show that inside, I may still be a kid at heart. Maybe if somebody can tap into the "inner Dylan", he might resurface?
The "Weasel" is still there to show that the blog will have the same benevolence it has had so far.
The "Wandering" may be for various reasons. A homage to my favorite anime, Rurouni Kenshin perhaps? Or maybe to indicate that the blog will feature more pictures of other places?
So will the content of the Blog mature? That is yet to be known, even by myself. But I'll try my best. Content is always King.
To a happy and prosperous New Year, I raise a toast. A virtual toast.

Parties :D
Its the final days of December now, with 2007 coming to a close. The year-end means one thing: PARTY TIME!! :D
Now, not that I'm a party animal. Heck I'm anything but that. I avoid uncomfortable social situations. Actually, for me almost every social situation is uncomfortable. [="Chandler"]
This time of the year, people are invited to almost every man-made function available. Everything is held NOW!! The Christianings, Weddings, Baptisms, just plain stupid partys and even funerals.
Well, no actually not funerals. But everything else. Me and my pack got invited to the above. Thats why my Mom's in some other part of India right now. Dad will be leaving as soon as Mom gets back. I think..
I'm stuck because of stupid stupid classes. Stupid stupid classes. Stupid stupid classes. Get it?
Anyway, to the point- I found myself (and the mom) at a wedding recently. We were only invited because the bride was one of my Mom's students. So, we had no idea what to do there to pass time. Sitting in a corner, virtually ignored by all the waiters, and everyone else. Nobody knew us at all. We sat, looking around every now and then. The party was actually very lively. It was also very well decorated. Good food too. Just the crowd was underestimated. There was shortage of chairs, and I knew there would be shortage of food too.
The very purpose 80% of people attend weddings is for the food. The chicken this, the mutton that etc etc. I usually wait for sometime after dinner is announced and the grace before meals. I was gonna wait this time too.
But.
The same sentence rang through my head: "Nobody knows us" "Nobody knows us" and then.. it grew louder.. and made more sense.. "Nobody Knows Us" and then it hit me- "Nobody knows us!!! Use it to your advantage!!!!" So I strutted right across the dance floor, disturbing everyone. Got to the food counters, stuffed my plate up with everything possible. And then slowly walked right across the middle of the dance floor again.. this time much slower so that everyone had to stop dancing, and wait for me to pass.
Then I reached my table and gobled everything up.
And then we met the bride and left.
Thats all. ^_^
EDIT: Just got word theres another wedding tommorow. Sayonara.

Of Volgo's and Stinky Water..
So I stayed home from college today. Went roaming. Just to beat the everyday monotony that slowly killing me. A few K750 clicks along the way:-
-A seriously bad rip off. Obviously inspired by the famous line of Volvo buses. Who on earth will mistake the G for a V, I wonder.
And here are two photographs of a river we have to cross (on a bridge). Its really dirty. Just shows the state of India's Shanghai.

Eating Out
About a week ago (or less) my mom dragged me with her to dinner.. in a small chinese outlet knows as "Little hut". Now.. I hate Chinese food. But I still was forced to eat the yucky stuff.. things happen to my stomach when I eat yucky stuff. Anyway, this isn't where this post is going..
While waiting for our order, I took a pic of their menu, not the menu they give you.. but one of those big ones they put up on the wall. I forgot what its called.
A ton of spelling mistakes on that one..
"Chiken Thai Souce"
"Pomfret Chilly" (This one seems to be quite OK)
"Prawns in LAMON Sauce"
Other than that.. they really gave generous amounts of food for a less price.
But I still hate Chinese. I have one up on my mom now. Haha.

Switch Off Mode?
Finally I open this "New Post" page to post something.
First of all, the new layout. I love to keep changing themes. Its evident from the ever changing themes on my K750i, Mozilla Firefox and Animedesh. And like those places too, this place will have different themes well. I found the last theme a little too White-y. And hence then new Chocolaty theme.
Heres a picture of a cell phone warning outside Karlashukla Classes near Malad Station.
Wouldn't it be easier to write "Switch Off Mobile"

Chapter 1
Hello there :)
My name's Dylan.. and this is my blog..
Now, my idea on blogs is quite vague, or maybe its exact, I have no idea.
Blogs are just something people write when they're bored, or have nothing else to do. Me, for example right now.
OK, todays first topic.. Ayo Technology. Non-Music junkies will have no idea what this is. Music junkies will have an idea in probably a week or so.
Ayo Technology - 50 Cent feat. Justin Timberlake
Where there's JT, theres TL >> Timbaland I mean. He appears everywhere with JT. No exception here. He appears in the video too.
Now, more about the new single.
Its from 50's new album, Curtis. I'm not a big 50 Cent fan, but this song is pretty good. JT and Timbaland make it work. They always do. That Timbaland's a genius...
----
In other genres, Corbin Bleu, some random guy with fluffy hair, has come out with Push It To The Limit. Sounds retro, looks retro. Nice to listen to all the same.
---
I wish I had poems to post. Unfortunately, no poems..
